The Solution
We engineered a smart optical inspection system using high-resolution cameras and custom lighting to verify every baking form in real-time. Mounted directly above the return conveyor, the system applies advanced edge detection algorithms to contrast the metal surface against dark organic residues.
By identifying dough remnants and microscopic defects before molds reach the oiling and filling station, contaminated forms are automatically diverted to a cleaning loop – without interrupting the main production flow.
